It is August 6th, Matthews 8th Birthday!!!!! We drove as fast as we could to make it to Washington so he could celebrate his birthday with more than just the three of us and we can’t thank our extended family enough. My old volleyball partner lives in northern Washington state and although I did get to see him a few years back I hadn’t seen the rest of the family in almost 20 years. WOW! They opened their homes and hearts and surprised Matt with a wonderful birthday.
